Canada Trailers products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering the main frame, ramps, cross members, railing, and sub-frame.
Canada Trailers may cover both defective parts and labour costs for warranty claims within the first 90 days of purchase, subject to approval.
Canada Trailers may replace defective parts but will not cover labour costs associated with replacement, subject to approval.
The following components are considered normal wear items and are not replaced due to wear: flooring, paint, brake linings, bearings, seals, and hoses.
Brakes, couplers, jacks, wheels, bearings, tires, axle beams, suspension, lights, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power units, batteries, and controls may be covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty.
Paint is not covered under warranty where it has been damaged by stones, road debris, or regular use.
Canada Trailers reserves the right to evaluate and approve or decline warranty claims at their discretion.

Adapt-A-Ramp portable loading ramps and dock equipment are covered for 1 year from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
To maintain warranty coverage, regular maintenance is required including cleaning the deck surface and lubricating the lip hinge, landing gear, and wheel hubs. Adapt-A-Ramp products are designed to require very little maintenance when properly cared for.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the function and structural integrity of the loading ramp system. Proper maintenance and operation according to manufacturer guidelines is required to maintain coverage.
